A patch test will need to be done 24 - 48 hours prior to your first appointment with us.

A non - refundable deposit of £10 is required to secure your appointment, this fee will be discounted from the total cost of your treatment.

Late night appointments are available between 19:00 - 22:00 for an additional £10 fee. This fee will be automatically added to the overall cost of the appointment.

We don’t offer infills for other people’s work, it would require a removal and a full set.

For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Failure of this will result in the loss of your deposit.

Please arrive with your lashes or brows as clean as possible and please do not wear any eye makeup as cleansing time may incur extra cost.

If you experience any problems within the first 72 hours of your treatment, let me know and we will happily fix it. As long as the proper aftercare has been followed.
